Ukraine War: Russia intrigued on capturing donetsk

The way Russia is focusing on the Donbas, it seems that it is preparing to separate this area from Ukraine. Putin has already declared Luhansk and Donetsk as independent autonomous states. The Donbas region is in the eastern part of Ukraine and most of the population here supports Russia.
